Supper with the Three Sisters (and two Ouweneels)
Supper with the Three Sisters (and two Ouweneels)
The following is Dick and Sally Ouweneel's description of their donation. They modestly omit the fact that you will also enjoy very stimulating and pleasant conversation.
Supper for two. A western view of the Three Sisters Hills on Bass Lake. Pontoon boat tour of the lake (slowly, it's not big!). Cocktails before and/or after dinner (on the boat?) Meal entrees will be a mixed grill of beef filets and New York strip steaks (with 1988 Robert Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon / 1998 Australian Rosemont Shiraz). Optional beers include Samuel Adams, Heineken, and Sprecher Black Bavarian. For those preferring no alcohol, an equivalent donation will be made to a charity of your choice. Desert will be Turtle Cheese Cake. After desert, maybe a bottle of Ste. Michelle Chateau Reserve 1985 Late Harvest Riesling on the deck. Moonlight boat ride optional. This is a once a season offering! Dinner to be at the Ouweneel-Devereaux home on a mutually agreed upon date in 1999. See you for a "Three Sisters Sunset." (Local pick up and delivery "designated driver" service available). See Sally or Dick Ouweneel for more details, or call 869-9256.
Minimum bid is $80.
