Protest Seminar

The purpose of this seminar was to discuss the process of filing and hearing protests. David Nobles had a very complete PowerPoint presentation, and two mock protests were heard. The mock protest committee included Jim Burch, Tom Blackburn, and David Nobles. The protestor and protestee were Frode Maaseidvaag and David Roseman. Discussion was lively, and I think that everyone learned something.
